Autism Awareness Workshop for Counsellors and Listening Professionals at Plymouth MIND
This workshop is aimed at counsellors and people who ‘listen’ as part of their work and who may benefit from knowing more about adults with autism, particularly high functioning autism (often referred to as Asperger Syndrome). The workshop will help attendees understand the condition and the emphasis will be on developing skills and strategies to help us work better with adults with autism and/or those who care, work or live with them. For more information click here for a workshop flyer.
The workshop will run from 11.15 – 5.15pm (please note parking restrictions apply locally until 11am). There will be working breaks throughout the day with refreshments. Please bring your own packed lunch.
The cost will be £75 per person or £60 with an Early Bird discount. There will also be discounts for people who bring a friend! These are £100 Early Bird for two and £130 for two thereafter.
To join the workshop, please click here for a Booking Form and email it back as soon as possible to email@example.com with a £20 per person non-refundable deposit to secure your place. To meet the Early Bird special offer you will need to pay the remaining balance before 27th May.
The workshop will be held at the MIND offices in Plymouth at 8 Woodside, Plymouth PL4 AQE.
